These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 999if ("999if," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 999if website located at https://999if.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 999if, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the 999if Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. This age restriction is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 999if or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not have had a previous 999if account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

999if reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 999if may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of 999if services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 999if Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999if will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 999if immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team. 999if reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.

All financial transactions on the 999if Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 999if supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 999if account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 999if does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• 999if reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

999if aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.

999if offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the player.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 999if promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

999if reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after acceptance, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

All games available on the 999if Platform — including slots, bingo, keno, live dealer tables, and specialty games such as 1001 Nights — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

999if uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 999if reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999if Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of cheating software, exploit, or unauthorized tool.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999if staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account.

All content on the 999if Platform — including but not limited to the 999if name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 999if or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 999if intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

999if collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with 999if, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

999if will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999if, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

999if does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 999if's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999if account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999if reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is on a self-exclusion register.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 999if reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 999if support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999if Platform.

999if operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
